The care policy

The care policy explains the way 'business' is operated at the day training centre and in the residential centre.

The emphasis is put on the quality of life and care with full respect of the rights of the resident/trainee. The rights to dignity, privacy, choice, safety, realising potential and equality and diversity are adhered to.
