Nansen Highland is governed by policies, both internally and externally imposed on our organisation. These policies are in place to help and ensure that the care delivered in the residential home and the services delivered in the day training centre are to the required standard and uniform. The policies are reviewed every two years, unless differently stated within the policy or the law. Only a few have been included on the website as there are too many to name.
