WORK PLACEMENT

Nansen Highland organises two types of work placements for the trainees. Internal and external placement.

The internal placements are in place to introduce the trainees gently to the world of work. The placements are therefore sheltered and it is the day staff who are supervising.

The external placements are out with the organisation and is aimed to give full experience to the trainees.

These work placements are regulated by our Policy for Work based learning.
